The RIHK Assessment Weekend is organized every 2-3 times each year, the objective is to recruit Venturers in a 30-hour outdoor camp. The camp is facilitated by a Chief Assessor (experienced Facilitators), with the team of Facilitators and Assessors (ex-venturers been to expeditions), logistics helpers, medic and photographers, as well as office staff. The camp capacity is 24-30 participants, who need to work in teams to complete command tasks and challenges.

We have no quota for each AW. The selection rate depends on the commitment of the candidates and the AW staffs are required to attend a Briefing session before hand.
